This economical, high R value insulation system consists of a white support film, white painted steel banding, fiberglass blanket insulation, adhesive and accessories. The film is fastened to the inside of the purlins and girts in a metal building and is supported by the banding. The insulation is positioned between the film and the roof or wall panels. Varying degrees of R value can be obtained depending on the physical space available. Most industry experts believe that the space between the film and the panels should be filled with insulation in order to avoid potential condensation problems. The Energy Saver-FP System provides OSHA-compliant leading edge fall protection. Our Energy Saver Certification can be found at: www.esfpcertification.com
